About Belit Bennington

Belit (pronounced Bay-leet) recenly purchased Cornerstone Realty from her grandmother, Corky Pigman, who founded the brokerage 40 years ago.

 

Belit grew up here in the Bitterroot before going to Montana State Univerity and obtaining a degree in Art Education. After spending four years teaching art in a rural Montana community, Belit moved back home to Hamilton and began her new career as a Member of NAR. She spent the next few years working with her grandmother before obtaining her broker's liscence and stepping into her new position, where she hopes to continue the legacy her grandmother established in the valley. She works dilligently to provide her customers with individualized care and has loved the chance to form genuine relationships with them built on trust and expertise. 

 

In her free time, Belit loves painting, baking, and hiking the many mountain trails surrounding her hometown of Hamilton. These skills also translate well to her professional life, giving her creativity and an intimate knowledge of the beautiful Bitterroot Valley. You will also frequently find her at Brew X Coffee, the local roaster and coffee shop that she owns with her husband Derek.
